Desiccated Coconut Fine Grade High Fat is a natural white, free from rancidity, musty, SO2 free desiccated coconut with mild and sweet coconut taste with no off-flavor. Product is packed in PE bags and kraft bags inner, PP bag outer. It is used in the production of cakes, pastries, cookies, and biscuits.
The optimum storage conditions are below 20 °C with 60% relative humidity in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area and free from foreign odors. Avoid direct sunlight and do not stack more than 20 layers of bags in height.
