Tulip 470 is a dark brown cocoa powder. It has a pH level of approximately 7,2. It gives a product rich chocolate color. Cocoa powder is packed in plastic and paper sacks. It is advisable to use the product for the manufacture of a wide range of high-quality chocolate products and glazes, as well as for candy fillings and wafer interlayers, chocolate margarine and butter, ice cream, flour, and confectionery products.
The optimum storage conditions are below 20 °C with 60% relative humidity in a clean, dry, well-ventilated area and free from foreign odors. Avoid direct sunlight and not stack more than 20 layers of bags height.
Note: the cocoa product should be stored under ambient conditions.
